When I was asked to be part of DoonThaBrae Events, I said I didn’t have much time to give…..but now I’ve been dragged in and hooked on helping organise some awesome local events!

Marcus McLernon - Race Management
After having raced 20+ enduro races, most of which were with DoonThaBrae Events it made sense for the team to ask me to get more involved. I've got a background in graphic design, project management, software development, and I currently work at a local university in their careers department (when I'm not biking or climbing).

Bringing Enduro to Aberdeenshire
Alexander Fyfe & Mhairi Horn
Co-Founders
Alexander set up DoonThaBrae Events in 2016, whilst at university. A lot of persistence and plenty of early help enabled him to bring competitive enduro racing to north-east Scotland for the first time in 2017. With the support of my partner Mhairi Horn, family and a highly capable team, we grew from one race to running the highly successful Aberdeenshire Enduro Series.
